We provide a sanctuary for customers seeking connection, energy, and earth-based beauty. We are seeking a capable and grounded individual to join our team as a part time Key Holder . This is a vital role designed to recognize associates who have the capacity to manage essential store operations. While you will continue to serve as a primary sales person, you will be specifically trained to open and close the store and manage register operations. You are the anchor of our daily success, ensuring the space is ready to receive customers and that the energy of the store remains high.
Main Responsibilities:
Key Holding:
You will execute store opening and closing procedures accurately and independently.
Cash Management:
You are responsible for opening and closing the cash register, managing cash handling, and ensuring register operations run smoothly.
Security & Compliance:
You must ensure the store is secure, clean, and organized, and that operations comply with company policies during your shift.
Customer Connection & Sales:
Front-Line Service:
Act as the face of the brand, greeting customers and engaging with them to understand their needs.
Product Mastery:
Provide accurate information to customers and stay knowledgeable about products and promotions.
Performance:
Maintain strong individual sales performance while driving team goals.
Resolution:
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
Logistics & Environment:
Inventory Flow:
Receive and process incoming shipments in a timely and organized manner. You will also handle inventory tasks, including restocking and monitoring stock levels.
Merchandising:
Assist with merchandising tasks to ensure products are visually appealing and correctly displayed. Store Aura (Maintenance): Maintain a clean and organized environment in both the store area and the backroom. Ensure all areas are kept safe and hazard-free for both the team and customers.
Availability & Expectations:
Status:
This position is Part Time (PT) basis. Weekend availability required.
Consistency:
You are expected to be continuously working according to your initial employment agreement.
Availability:
This is a retail position, must be available to be on schedule morning and evenings, during holidays and busy retail seasons.
