Site Security Manager (SSM) Quality Innovation, Inc. 24.72 United States, North Carolina, Fort Bragg 4700 Knox Street (Show on map) Jun 30, 2026 Site Security Manager (SSM) / Team Lead Position Overview Quality Innovation is submitting a proposal to serve as Site Security Managers (SSM) for Fort Bragg ID Card Services operations. The SSM serves as the operational lead responsible for RAPIDS and DEERS administration, personnel supervision, security compliance, inventory accountability, audit support, training oversight, and daily operations management. The SSM performs all Verifying Official (VO) functions while providing leadership and oversight to a team supporting Common Access Card (CAC) issuance, Uniformed Services Identification (USID) card issuance, DEERS updates, PIN resets, and identity verification services for Soldiers, retirees, family members, Department of Defense civilians, contractors, and other authorized beneficiaries. Key Responsibilities Serve as Site Security Manager for RAPIDS and DEERS operations. Manage RAPIDS user accounts and Security Online administration. Oversee CAC and USID card issuance activities. Conduct audit trail reviews and security compliance monitoring. Manage inventory accountability for card stock, consumables, and equipment. Supervise, mentor, and train Verifying Officials. Monitor service levels, staffing, and operational performance. Coordinate with Government leadership regarding operational issues. Support quality control reviews, corrective actions, and reporting requirements. Implement Continuity of Operations (COOP) procedures during emergencies or staffing shortages. Ensure compliance with all DoD, Army, RAPIDS, and DEERS policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications Experience supporting
DEERS/RAPIDS
operations. Experience supervising personnel in a customer service or administrative environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience handling sensitive and Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Ability to obtain and maintain all required Government certifications and system access. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Prior Site Security Manager experience. Military personnel services, ID card facility, MPD, or personnel administration experience. Experience supporting Army installations or military personnel operations. Prior military service or military family affiliation.
Clearance/Background:
Must be able to meet all Government background investigation and credentialing requirements.
