This role manages inventory, supports customers, and helps plan and run TCG tournaments and community events. Responsibilities include sorting and pricing trading card inventory, processing trades and sales, fulfilling orders, assisting customers with purchases and deck building, and maintaining accurate product listings. This role also supports event setup, tournament operations, staffing coordination, and customer service during events. This is a hands-on position that combines retail operations, community engagement, and event execution. It requires strong knowledge of trading card games, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and support staff during events. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working evenings and weekends. Responsibilities Inventory & Retail Operations Sort, grade, and price trading card singles List trading cards on online sales platforms Process and evaluate customer trades Maintain accurate inventory and product listings Fulfill in-store pickup and online orders Package and ship trading card products securely and accurately Customer Service & Sales Assist customers with purchases and product selection Recommend decks, cards, and game products Answer questions about trading card games and rules Resolve customer issues and support buyer/seller concerns Process sales and handle cash and card transactions Community Engagement Support weekly game nights, community play, and competitive play Teach new players basic game rules and gameplay Create a welcoming and inclusive gaming environment Promote store events and tournaments Event & Tournament Support Assist in setting up and breaking down tournament spaces Help run registration, pairings, and event flow Support staffing during events and organized play Use event tools and apps for tournament management Monitor event activity to ensure smooth operation Event Leadership Assist in coordinating event staff during tournaments Support scheduling and task assignments during events Help resolve player disputes and rules questions Ensure events follow store policies and fair play standards Communicate with management on event performance and issues Marketing Support Promote upcoming tournaments, product releases, and events Support social media content for TCG and organized play Communicate event schedules through community channels Necessary Qualifications Strong knowledge of trading card games (Pokémon,
Magic:
