Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Store Manager to join our dynamic retail team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a team of associates to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Your leadership will drive a positive shopping experience, manage inventory, and coordinate shift activities to ensure smooth and efficient store performance. ResponsibilitiesOpen/Close/Manage store operations.

Clean and Maintain Machines .Hire, Lead and supervise store staff during assigned shifts, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational excellenceManage daily store activities including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) transactionsOversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales potentialConduct employee scheduling, orientation, training & development sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated teamHandle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming shopping environmentCoordinate purchasing decisions, budgeting, and payroll processing in collaboration with managementUtilize strong communication skills to facilitate effective team collaboration and maintain organizational efficiencyQualificationsProven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with supervising experience in a retail settingStrong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & developmentMultilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectivelyDemonstrated expertise in inventory control, merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and retail mathExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilitiesKnowledge of grocery store operations or wireless sales is a plus but not requiredExceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environmentEffective communication skills with phone etiquette proficiency and customer service focusJoin us as a Store Manager where your leadership will inspire teams, elevate customer experiences, and drive store success!
