POSITION TITLE

Store Manager - Parts Counter Sales.

Job Duties Include:

Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Answers phone calls, provides price quotes and other information. Refers to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic) to identify the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced. Handles parts payment collection and makes sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department. Assists with daily inventory, receiving, stocking and shipping. Tracks all incoming and outgoing parts. Pulls and fills orders from stock. Locates available parts when the dealership is out of stock. Follows up on back-ordered parts. Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention. Notifies the customer when special ordered parts have been received. Sets up orders for daily delivery, or pick-up. Delivers parts when needed. Maintains a professional appearance. Keeps work area clean. Other duties as assigned.

WORK EXPERIENCE

2+ years with auto parts/sales. 2+ Management

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Oral communication skills a must. Ability to continuously stand or walk for extended periods of time. Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds or more.
