In this pivotal role, you will support the store's daily operations, lead sales initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will help foster a positive shopping environment, manage team performance, and drive store success. All roles are paid positions, including internships, emphasizing our commitment to valuing every team member. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets through effective coaching and training Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control procedures Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels Support hiring processes by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees Manage cash handling, POS transactions, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks accurately Supervise shift schedules, monitor employee performance, and promote a positive team environment Skills Strong leadership skills with previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail settings Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Proficiency in retail math, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques Skilled in inventory management systems, POS technology, and cash handling procedures Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and customers to achieve favorable outcomes Experience in employee orientation, training & development, and recruiting processes Organizational skills with a keen eye for merchandising, marketing initiatives, and store presentation Knowledge of budgeting, payroll administration, bookkeeping, and general store management practices Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with phone etiquette expertise and a customer-first mindset Join us as an Assistant Store Leader/Assistant Manager to make a tangible impact on our store's success while advancing your career in retail management!
