Job Description
The Christmas Mouse is looking to hire a Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Nags Head, NC. This is a full-time, year-round position. The ideal candidate will be customer-service oriented and possess hands-on leadership skills. Responsibilities will include handling all store operations, hiring, training, and supervising staff, arranging in-store displays, responding to customer concerns, and daily sales reporting to corporate office.
