Manager

Overview We are looking for an energetic and organized Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations across our retail or service environment. Duties Lead and supervise team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling procedures. Manage scheduling, shift assignments, and ensure proper coverage during peak hours. Implement marketing strategies to promote products or services and increase store visibility. Maintain organized stock levels through inventory control, purchasing decisions, and pricing adjustments. Requirements Proven management experience in hospitality or similar environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong skills in communication, employee orientation, interviewing, and team management. Knowledge of Toast POS systems, sales management, and merchandising techniques. Excellent communication skills along with organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
