Role:
As a Store Manager at Uniquities, you are responsible for the overall success of the boutique. You will lead the team in delivering exceptional client experiences, achieving sales goals, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering a positive, energetic culture that inspires both clients and associates. Sales Leadership & Business Performance Drive store sales performance and accountability to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Analyze business trends and identify opportunities to increase sales, client engagement, and profitability Lead and participate in client appointments, styling opportunities, and selling initiatives Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, conversion, units per transaction, and average transaction value Client Experience & Styling Deliver a best-in-class client experience through personalized styling and relationship-building Build and maintain a strong personal client book through consistent outreach and follow-up Lead the team in creating memorable client experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business Set the tone on the sales floor through energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and elevated service Ensure every client interaction reflects the Uniquities brand and styling philosophy Leadership, Coaching & Team Development Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent Coach and develop associates and management team members through ongoing feedback, training, and accountability Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture Conduct regular coaching conversations focused on sales, styling, outreach, and professional development Operations & Brand Standards Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency Maintain exceptional visual merchandising, product presentation, and floor standards Manage scheduling and payroll Ensure inventory accuracy, transfers, markdown execution, and operational compliance Culture & Store Environment Create an engaging, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere for both clients and team members Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Lead with professionalism, positivity, and a solutions-oriented mindset What We're Looking For Previous retail management experience, preferably in a boutique, luxury, or fashion environment Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance Passion for fashion, styling, and client relationships Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Experience analyzing business performance and implementing action plans Organized, dependable, and highly accountable Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset Why You'll Love Working Here!!
