Job Description

Position Summary The Part-Time Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, and leading the sales team during assigned shifts. This role serves as a leader on the sales floor by coaching associates, promoting Reebok brand standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with every customer. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Promote Reebok products, technologies, and current promotions. Sales & Performance Drive daily sales and achieve individual and store goals. Lead by example through suggestive selling and cross-selling. Monitor sales performance throughout the shift. Motivate team members to maximize conversion, units per transaction (UPT), and average transaction value (ATV). Leadership Supervise the sales floor in the absence of store management. Coach and develop Sales Associates through real-time feedback. Delegate daily tasks and ensure completion. Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment. Assist with onboarding and training new team members. Operations Open and close the store following company procedures. Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation. Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, and stock replenishment. Ensure store cleanliness and organization. Operate the POS system accurately and securely. Follow all company policies, cash handling procedures, and loss prevention standards. Brand Ambassador Represent the Reebok brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Stay knowledgeable about current products, launches, and promotions. Create an engaging shopping environment that reflects the Reebok brand. Qualifications Previous retail experience required. Previous leadership or keyholder experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Preferred Skills Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals. Knowledge of athletic footwear and apparel. Strong merchandising and operational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
