Job Description:
Administrative Health Services Department Float Sandhills Pediatrics Job Overview This position is responsible for filling in for staff when someone is out.
Duties include providing coverage for:
  • Medical records
  • Prior authorizations
  • Urgent and non-urgent referrals
  • Scanning and document management
  • Referrals and medical records tracking
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Monitoring provider schedules Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Assisting patients and families with administrative needs
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records
  • Supporting daily office operations as needed This position is based out of our Southern Pines locations but will require travel to our West End and Raeford locations to provide staff coverage as needed. We prefer candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting. Benefits
