This position is ideal for someone with professional detailing experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership. You'll work alongside the Shop Manager to ensure vehicles meet quality standards, employees stay productive, and daily operations run efficiently. Responsibilities Perform high-quality interior and exterior vehicle detailing. Assist with supervising and motivating the detailing team. Train and coach new employees on company standards and procedures. Ensure all vehicles meet quality expectations before delivery. Help schedule daily workflow and prioritize production. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Monitor supplies and notify management when inventory is low. Assist with employee attendance, performance, and daily communication. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with dealership staff or customers. Qualifications Professional automotive detailing experience required. Previous leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality. Dependable with excellent attendance. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles is a plus. Able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various weather conditions.
