Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.

Duties:

Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on shop manager's days off. Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings. Assist the shop manager in all aspects of store management. Monitor and train new employees. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment. Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams. Handle cash and inventory management. Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to reach, stoop, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work in various weather conditions. Capability to reach overhead and work under vehicles in a semi-enclosed area.
