Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales Set goals and develop strategies to ensure performance targets are met Hire, train, develop staff - including handling performance reviews and corrective actions Ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal laws and regulations Act as a liaison between Sharp Stone Supply and Sharp Interiors Report company progress Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environments with supervising responsibilities Experience using Sage 50/Peachtree software Ability to lead a team by utilizing superior written and oral communication skills and employing effective listening skills Excellence in budgeting resources Utilizes exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and emphasis on quality Proven time management and follow-through skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks with tight deadlines Displays tactful, mature and professional demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills Available to work some early mornings or late evenings when needed Possess a high level of dependability, maturity, confidentiality, and courtesy Bring your passion for retail management combined with your organizational prowess and join our team today!
