Responsibilities:
- + Assist in the development and implementation of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
+ Serve as the crucial liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff + Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services provided during assigned shifts or on a specific unit. + Monitor and manage staff, including on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and discipline. + Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to help with a successful recovery. + Celebrate patient victories along the way.
Qualifications:
- + Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
+ BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year + CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting + Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred. + Two years of recent experience (within the past 5 years in an inpatient setting. + Previous leadership role where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction and having accountability for patients and staff results +
Compensation Range:
- $35.02 - $62.26 per hour DOE
