Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Convenience store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store management, sales, and team leadership.Responsibilities:
- Manage store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Oversee inventory control and ordering processes
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail store management
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of sales management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
