Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager for our Gas Station to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee staff, manage inventory, handle financial transactions, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors. Duties Customer service and customer relations is the most important part of the job. Will train for all other skills. Duties will include cashiering, ordering, shelf management. Other duties can be trained for on the job. Supervise daily station operations, including fueling, cashiering, and store functions, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards Manage inventory levels through regular stock checks, ordering supplies, and controlling shrinkage to maximize profitability Implement merchandising strategies by organizing displays, pricing products competitively, and promoting special offers to boost sales Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure environment for staff and customers Coordinate shift schedules
