Job Description

Collision Repair General Manager Omaha, Nebraska Competitive Compensation Confidential Opportunity This Isn't a Sit-Behind-the-Desk GM Role. We're looking for someone who knows how to run a collision shop that actually performs. Not someone who watches problems pile up. Not someone who blames insurance, staffing, or workflow. Someone who leads from the front, keeps production moving, and builds a shop people want to work in. This confidential opportunity is for a busy, established collision repair operation serving Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, Papillion, and the surrounding metro. The volume is here. The opportunity is real. We need the right leader to take control of it. What You're Walking Into High-volume shop with steady workflow Existing insurance relationships and repeat business Strong market presence across the Omaha metro Production-focused environment with room to improve performance Opportunity to build culture, accountability, and consistency Ownership that wants results — not excuses What You'll Own Full day-to-day operation of the collision center Managing estimators, technicians, CSRs, and production flow Driving cycle time, touch time, and overall shop performance Holding the team accountable to quality and efficiency Keeping vehicles moving — not sitting Maintaining repair quality and OEM process standards Hiring, coaching, and developing the right people Building a culture focused on production, communication, and execution Managing customer experience, insurer communication, and vendor relationships Who We're Looking For Someone who has successfully run a collision shop before A leader who understands both production and people Someone who can spot inefficiencies and fix them fast A manager who doesn't tolerate chaos, excuses, or bottlenecks Someone respected by technicians because they understand the business A professional who takes ownership of results Requirements Collision repair management experience required Strong understanding of insurance repair workflow Experience leading high-volume production environments Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing control of the shop Valid driver's license What's Offered Competitive compensation + performance incentives Stable workflow and consistent car count Long-term growth opportunity Leadership support from a growing operation Opportunity to make a real impact on shop performance and culture Bottom Line If you're tired of: Shops with no accountability Constant production bottlenecks Teams that resist standards Ownership that talks about growth but won't support it Spending more time fixing problems than leading This is an opportunity to step into a shop that needs a real operator — someone who knows how to lead, push production, and build a winning team. All inquiries are handled 100% confidentially. Interviews are scheduled privately.
