Join our Dairy Queen® family as an Assistant Manager and help create smiles with every Blizzard® and burger we serve. This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience who's ready to take the next step in their career. You'll work 3 day shifts, 2 evening shifts (negotiable) each week, with some weekend availability — offering variety, stability, and a supportive environment where your leadership skills can shine. Day shifts 9am-5pm, Evenings 2pm-10pm

Assistant Manager:

Lead, coach, and motivate crew members during shifts Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding Oversee product quality, cleanliness, and food safety Handle cash management and basic reporting Step in to fill cashier or kitchen roles when needed to keep service moving

What We're Looking For:

Age 18+ with open availability for both day and evening shifts 2+ year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred (restaurant or retail) Positive, team-first attitude Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions

Schedule:
