Commercial Cleaning Supervisor $19-$25/hour

We are looking for strong cleaners with supervisory skills that want more than cleaning. We are a growing high quality control company that takes pride in our work and keeping our clients happy. This is a nights (5:30p start time M-F) and weekends position

Required Skills:

• Strong supervisory skills to effectively manage a team of cleaners, as well as give daily direction and work lists
• Ability to train, lead and motivate a team to achieve cleanliness standards
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and products
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Scheduling and dispatching of staff
• Proficient with Google and Google Drive
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Honesty, integrity, leadership, knowledge and respect Responsibilities

Requirements:

High School diploma, 3 years cleaning experience, 1 year supervisory experience, Clean background check We offer
