In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage all aspects of store performance. Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members, fostering a strong and motivated workforce Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize sales and presentation Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives to boost store performance Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service excellence, and safety procedures Monitor store metrics such as sales targets, budget adherence, and inventory levels to meet business objectives Requirements Proven management experience in retail, convenience or grocery store environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and inventory management software Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment Demonstrated organizational skills with experience in scheduling, shift management, and time management Knowledge of retail sales techniques including merchandising, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred; leadership qualities are essential for success Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership will energize your team and elevate our store's performance!
