Pay Rate:

Opportunities for advancement within service leadership Responsibilities What You'll Do As a Service Supervisor, you'll lead shop operations and ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient service delivery: Supervise and support a team of service technicians
Assign and monitor work to ensure productivity and quality goals are met
Coach and develop technicians through training, feedback, and performance management
Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures
Coordinate workflow with service advisors, parts, and management
Monitor job progress, timelines, and customer expectations
Support troubleshooting and technical guidance when needed
Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting
Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction
Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications What You Bring Experience in heavy equipment service, preferably in a shop environment
Prior leadership, supervisory, or lead technician experience
Strong technical knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and machine systems
Proven ability to manage and develop people
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
