Full-time Job Title :
Assistant Site Leader Job Summary :
The Assistant Site Leader can operate every job function in the site and assists the Site Manager on an ongoing basis.
Duties/Responsibilities :
Assists with training new team members. Helps in overseeing the daily workflow and scheduling of team members. Ensures the necessary equipment is available and in working order. Participates in the wash process and able to operate all car wash equipment. Able to carry out periodic maintenance of equipment and keep them in proper working order. Performs daily housekeeping tasks. Leads team in conducting daily safety checks on equipment. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities :
Ability to display courteous and professional attitude with both customers and team members. Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum customer satisfaction. Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as weekends. Ability to work outdoors and be efficient in all weather conditions. Ability to multitask. Ability to follow directions and correctly implement tasks.
Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous related experience preferred. On-the-job training provided.
Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods of standing during car wash operation. Must be physically able to operate and repair equipment, which may involve bending, squatting, and crawling. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
