Store Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products. Oversee payroll processes and maintain accurate bookkeeping records. Conduct employee orientation, training, and development programs to enhance team performance. Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various positions. Supervise daily operations including cash handling, POS transactions, and shift management. Develop and manage budgets while ensuring adherence to financial goals. Utilize retail math for pricing strategies and sales analysis. Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects company standards. Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication skills. Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote store initiatives and drive traffic. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively. Experience in employee training & development, as well as performance management. Proficiency in inventory management and control processes. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management. Knowledge of merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
