About the role The Strategic Account Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. Assigned to channel partners based on geography, channel, or market, the Channel Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. The Strategic Account Manager represents the entire range of Catchmaster products to assigned partners. The Strategic Account Manager reports to the Director of Retail Sales. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategy to reach our target audience focus on opportunities to distinguish Catchmaster from competitors train customers on Catchmaster products create valuable and appealing content that attracts and converts our target groups build Catchmaster brand awareness and positioning recognize deficiencies in existing marketing campaigns and develop practical solutions within the budget provide visibility and solutions to challenges utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards support and attend industry trade shows travel as needed with specified markets We are looking for someone who is 100% seller-centric is creative, resilient, proven ability to solve problems creatively will thrive in constantly evolving, fast paced environment meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. has excellent analytical skills can quickly adapt to change has the proficiency in working with metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets Educational background and experience bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum 8 years of retail channel sales experience in a business to-consumer sales environment Grocery and/or discount (dollar) store experience highly preferred AP&G Co., Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
