1st Shift Production Supervisor (Various Departments)-Camden, NJ

The 1st Shift Production Supervisor (Soil, flatwork, etc) position supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the production employees in our Camden, NJ facility. The anticipated annual salary range starts at $48,200-$72,000 and is commensurate with experience. What you will be doing:

Oversees departments to survey work process, employeesequipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met Enters employee payroll information and some production scores via computer Communicates production issues to management Supervises, orientstrains employees What you will bring to the role: A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues. A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Additional information:

This position reports directly to the Production Manager and will be based out of the Camden, NJ. location. This is a 1st Shift position.
