This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead store operations, enhance customer experience, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, retail management expertise, and excellent communication abilities. Bilingual and multilingual skills are a plus to better serve diverse customer bases. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee daily store functions, manage staff, and ensure the achievement of sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. Duties Supervise daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals Manage payroll, scheduling, and staffing needs through recruiting, interviewing, and training new employees Oversee POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling processes with accuracy and integrity Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones Monitor store performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management Conduct regular staff training & development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Assist with purchasing decisions, budgeting, and cost control measures to optimize profitability Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and store standards Requirements Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or supervisory roles within a retail environment Strong leadership skills with demonstrated team management capabilities Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in POS systems, bookkeeping, math skills for pricing & cash handling, and administrative tasks Effective communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable Experience in merchandising, marketing, recruiting, training & development, and budgeting processes Demonstrated ability to negotiate with vendors and manage purchasing activities Customer service-oriented mindset with professionalism in phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Educational background in business administration or related fields is preferred; prior supervisory experience is required Join our team as a Retail Assistant Manager to lead our store towards continued success while fostering a positive shopping environment for our customers.
