Manager in Training - Retail

About Us:

We're looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join us as Manager in Training in our Retail division, specializing in the sale and creation of car keys. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity designed for candidates who are eager to learn technical skills, grow in a fast-paced industry, and step into a long-term leadership path.

What You'll Do:

Learn to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and key fobs Troubleshoot and resolve key-related issues Deliver exceptional customer service and apply proven sales techniques Accurately enter customer and sales data into partner systems Manage inventory and keep detailed service records Work independently across multiple NJ-area retail store locations

What We're Looking For:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR) Reliable transportation Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Comfortable standing for extended periods and getting in/out of vehicles Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work with minimal supervision Interest in career development and leadership training Why Join XNLC?
