- 20 hours a week, hours could be more during high peak season or to cover those on PTO Must be available for days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events as needed.

BASIC FUNCTION
The Locker Attendant Supervisor ensures daily operational performance goals are met by providing direct/tactical leadership for the team in the mall & park areas through great guest experience/service, maintenance and communication, to improve productivity, vend quality, and the customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in planning work schedules for staff Maintain a safe working environment by monitoring safety procedures and equipment Perform the same work duties as Customer Service Associates supervised, including but not limited to: Attend to lockers, collect and transport carts; ensure all equipment is available for customer use; Provide customer service to mall/park guests; Cleaning and maintaining of lockers, carts and any rental equipment; Collaborate with team members to solve work-related issues Review work assignments during and at the conclusion of shifts Provide guidance to employees on regulations, policies, and procedures Maintain excellent communication and cooperation with employees, and facility management Assist with collections, counting/recording money, documenting meter readings as needed Assess and provide training to staff as needed Other duties as assigned SKILLS Time management Ability to learn and master technologically; computer-based reporting tools, equipment, etc. Enthusiastic and positive attitude Fosters teamwork Ability to handle high pressure situations Flexible High degree of integrity and self-discipline Capable of teaching others to perform specific tasks Strong interpersonal communication skills
EXPERIENCE
Proven leadership skills; previous supervisor experience preferred Cash control experience preferred General knowledge of vended service products preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
Computer and Smart Phone proficient Excellent customer service
PHYSICIAL REQUIREMENTS
Lift 40lbs Push/pull 75lbs Walk & stand for duration of shift
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Experience Preferred General knowledge of vended service products preferred Cash control experience preferred Previous Supervisor experience preferred Education Preferred High School or better
