Part Time | In Person Who We Are Canada Weather Gear opened its first store in 2024—and with great success, we're continuing to grow across the Midwest and Northeast. We're looking for dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Key Holder , supporting the store's day-to-day operations and delivering an excellent customer experience. The Opportunity As a Key Holder, you'll play a vital role in supporting the management team. You'll help drive sales, maintain store standards, and ensure smooth operations. You'll also take on additional responsibility by opening and closing the store, acting as a leader on duty when managers are not present. What You'll Do Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns. Support the management team in achieving sales goals and operational targets. Assist with training and coaching team members. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Handle cash, banking, and store security responsibilities as needed. What We're Looking For High school education or equivalent. 1+ years of retail experience (leadership experience is an asset). Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy—comfortable handling keys and cash. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
