The Opportunity As a Store Manager, you won't just be running a store—you'll be running a business within the business. You'll hire, train, and lead your own team, drive sales growth, manage profitability, and shape the customer experience. With every success, you'll be building your own leadership track toward becoming an Area or District Manager as our expansion accelerates. What You'll Do Take full ownership of your store's performance and profitability. Recruit, train, and inspire your own team of future leaders. Create a customer experience that keeps people coming back. Make smart business decisions using sales and performance data. Manage payroll, shrink, compliance, and operations with an owner's mindset. Build a culture of accountability, growth, and entrepreneurship within your team. What We're Looking For A minimum of high school education or equivalent. 3+ years of retail management experience. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others. Strong business acumen—comfortable analyzing numbers and making decisions that move the business forward.
