Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and supervisory skills. Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Set sales targets and monitor performance to achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and maximize sales
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and inquiries
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment
- Oversee store merchandising and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor expenses and maintain store budget
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent math skills for managing sales targets, inventory, and budgets
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing terms
