Retail Store Manager

Overview Seeking a polished, operationally strong Retail Store Manager to lead a high-touch luxury showroom environment with responsibility for team leadership, customer experience, sales execution, and day-to-day operational accountability. The ideal candidate has experience managing premium retail operations, strong people leadership skills, and the ability to bring structure, professionalism, and follow-through to a fast-moving business involving custom orders, inventory coordination, and elevated client service. Compensation is expected to fall in the $90k-$115k range plus bonus for the right candidate, depending on experience and operational sophistication. 11-6 Sunday through Thursday, 10-1 Friday, 2 Sundays per month Key Duties Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-end luxury showroom. Manage and support the sales team to ensure strong performance, professionalism, and accountability. Deliver an elevated client experience from initial visit through order completion. Ensure the showroom is polished, organized, fully staffed, and client-ready at all times. Manage custom orders, follow-ups, timelines, and client communication. Track sales activity, client inquiries, open orders, and pending follow-up items. Coordinate inventory needs, product availability, and showroom merchandising. Create structure around internal processes, including order tracking, customer service, and team responsibilities. Handle client concerns or escalations with professionalism and discretion. Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to company standards. Partner with ownership/leadership on sales goals, operational improvements, and business growth. Ensure strong follow-through so nothing falls through the cracks. Requirements Experience managing a premium or luxury retail environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and hold a team accountable. Polished, professional presence and excellent communication skills. Strong customer service instincts and ability to work with high-end clientele. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces. Comfortable working in a fast-moving business with custom orders and frequent follow-up. Sales-driven, with the ability to support revenue goals while maintaining a luxury client experience. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership. Experience with inventory, order coordination, or showroom operations preferred. Reliable, proactive, and able to bring structure and consistency to daily operations.

Schedule Sunday-Thursday:

11:00 AM-6:00

PM Friday:

10:00 AM-1:00 PM Two Sundays per month Flexible Holiday Schedule Compensation Expected range: $90,000-$115,000, plus bonus, depending on experience and operational sophistication.
