Job Description

Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience About Us Lincoln Perk Coffee Co. is a community focused specialty coffee shop committed to delivering exceptional coffee, outstanding customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Manager/Supervisor to help lead daily operations and support our continued growth. Position Summary The Coffee Shop Manager/Supervisor will oversee day to day operations, staff leadership, customer experience, inventory management, and overall store performance. This individual must be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a coffee shop, café, restaurant, or hospitality environment Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with scheduling, inventory control, and labor management Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Responsibilities Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow Supervise and support baristas and front-of-house staff Hire, train, coach, and develop team members Maintain exceptional customer service standards Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed Control labor costs and optimize scheduling Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively Assist ownership with operational improvements and business growth initiatives Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards Preferred Qualifications Specialty coffee experience Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso equipment, and café operations Food handling and management certifications are a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Growth opportunities within a growing company Positive and supportive work environment Employee discounts
