As Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind daily operations, team performance, and the exceptional guest experience that defines our brand. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced food service environment. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of daily store operations and overall performance Recruit, onboard, schedule, and develop team members and shift leads Deliver excellent customer service and resolve escalated concerns promptly Foster a culture of innovation by actively soliciting staff input Manage inventory, ordering cycles, and vendor relationships Report discrepancies and operational concerns to ownership in a timely manner Operate, clean, and maintain frozen yogurt equipment to manufacturer standards Oversee sales reporting, cash handling accuracy, and loss prevention practices Uphold food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance at all times Open and close the store as needed; maintain a clean, welcoming environment Requirements Prior food industry experience required Demonstrated management experience in food service or retail Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills Flexible availability including weekends and on-call coverage Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable What we offer A stable, team-oriented workplace with real ownership over your store's success.
