Competitive wages Career advancement Fun atmosphere The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in the operation of the restaurant, with a major focus on leading and developing a team of employees in effectively performing their daily tasks while maintaining high standards for food, service, and health and safety. The incumbent also assists with ensuring proper product preparation, inventory control, personnel management and sales and marketing efforts. If you have previous experience working at Blimpies, Quiznos, Firehouse Subs, Capriotti's, Wendy's, Mcdonald's, Burger King or other fast-food restaurants, please apply!
