We are currently seeking a Store / Lead Device Repair Manager to take ownership of our Northfield location. This role is a unique blend of leadership and technical expertise, responsible for both store performance and repair excellence. You'll lead the team, set the tone for customer service, and ensure every repair meets the highest standards. Position Summary The Manager is responsible for overall store performance, team leadership, and technical excellence in device repair operations. This role combines retail management with hands-on repair expertise, ensuring strong sales results, high-quality repairs, and exceptional customer service. Store Leadership & Operations

Base Salary:
$45,000
  • $60,000 (based on experience)
Bonus Structure:
  • Monthly Store Margin Performance Commission/Bonus ($300 +/month) Based on revenue growth, margin, and expense control
  • Specialty Repair Performance Commission (10% of Sales /month)
  • Quarterly Team Performance Bonus (up to $1,500/quarter)
  • Total Bonus Potential on reaching customer satisfaction and sales targets: $6,000
