Responsibilities Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately Supervise daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and cash handling Assist customers with product inquiries, provide product demos, and upsell items to enhance their shopping experience Support sales associates by supervising team activities and motivating them to meet sales goals Ensure proper use of POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, returns, and exchanges Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an attractive shopping environment Handle phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Skills Proven supervising experience in a retail store environment Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and team members Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory management Join us as a Key Holder if you're ready to lead with energy, deliver outstanding customer service, and grow your career in a dynamic retail setting.
