What You'll Do:

Master the skills to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and fobs using the latest technology. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing questions and resolving issues efficiently. Assist customers with sales, building lasting relationships and enhancing their experience. Accurately manage customer data with attention to detail. Contribute to team success by maintaining consistent technical performance and sales efforts.

What We're Looking For:

A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. A bachelor's degree or comparable work experience. Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check. Strong organizational skills and effective time management. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Comfort with physical tasks such as testing keys, getting in and out of vehicles, and retrieving VINs.
