What You'll Do:

Lead and manage the daily operations of the Produce Department, including hiring, training, and supervising staff Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and product returns Monitor inventory levels and recommend purchase orders to keep shelves fully stocked Train staff in store policies, procedures, and excellent customer service techniques Analyze sales data, conduct audits, and make recommendations to improve department performance Maintain high-quality displays and ensure the freshest produce is available for our customers Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of Produce Management experience Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and produce display expertise In-depth knowledge of produce, quality standards, and market pricing

Working Conditions:
