Store Manager

Company has incentive/bonus program that is bar none in the retail industry. Duties Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees, providing comprehensive training and development to foster a high-performing team. Manage inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales and minimize shrinkage. Oversee cash handling, cashiering, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and other administrative functions with accuracy and integrity. Implement effective merchandising and marketing strategies to attract customers and boost sales. Monitor sales performance, analyze retail math metrics, and develop action plans to meet or exceed targets. Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of communication skills, phone etiquette, and problem resolution. Experience Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong background in retail sales management, inventory management, and store operations. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development. Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, budgeting, and retail math calculations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to enhance communication with diverse customer bases. Prior assistant manager or supervisory experience is highly valued. Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities effectively. $47,921.97 - $57,712.48 per year
