Job Summary •Opening Inside Ocean County Mall July 1st•We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Store In daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for retail management. The Manager will also be responsible for overseeing staff performance, inventory management, and maintaining store standards. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Support the Store in achieving sales targets and implementing promotional strategies. Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee cash handling procedures. Manage inventory levels, including ordering stock and conducting regular audits. Train, supervise, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding store management. Maintain an organized store environment that reflects the brand's image. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts and maintaining employee records. Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers and vendors. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred. Strong sales skills with a focus on driving results and meeting targets. Experience with cash handling processes and financial transactions. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance customer interactions. Proficient in shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times. Strong administrative skills for maintaining records and reports accurately. Knowledge of inventory management practices is essential for this role.
