Whether guiding guests through our offerings or handling day-to-day transactions, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service in a lively resort setting. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide expert assistance with merchandise, equipment rentals, and event registrations Manage cash handling duties accurately during sales transactions and maintain balanced registers Coordinate with event staff to support tournaments, competitions, or special activities, ensuring seamless execution Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts professionally, and provide solutions to enhance their experience Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the pro shop area to maintain an inviting atmosphere Keep shop clean and organized including the riding carts Qualifications Proven experience in customer service roles within hospitality, resort, or retail environments Strong skills in conflict management and guest relations to handle diverse situations effectively Experience in events management or coordinating group activities is highly desirable Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems for accurate transactions Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating joyful experiences!
