The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive sales, management, and customer service, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to foster a high-performing team environment while managing day-to-day dealership functions. Duties Oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, inventory management, and assisting with service Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership goals. Manage the sales team, providing training and support to enhance performance in high-end sales Cultivate relationships with customers through exceptional customer service and effective communication. Utilize CRM and DMS software to track sales pipeline and manage customer interactions. Conduct public speaking engagements to promote dealership offerings within the community. Monitor inventory control and ensure optimal stock levels for vehicle availability. Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and upselling to maximize revenue opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that drive traffic to the dealership. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Proficient in retail math and organizational skills for managing complex operations. Experience in automobile sales with a focus on high-end vehicles preferred. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for outbound sales efforts. Familiarity with inventory management practices and retail sales dynamics. Ability to provide effective sales support while maintaining a positive team environment.
