Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Co-Manager to join our management team. In this vital leadership role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth. Your energetic approach and management expertise will help foster a positive environment, motivate staff, and maintain operational excellence. Duties Assist the Store Manager in supervising daily store activities, including sales, inventory control, and staff scheduling Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and resolving escalated issues promptly Support hiring, onboarding, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and engagement Oversee inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing accuracy, and shrink reduction Manage cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and bookkeeping responsibilities with precision Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours and off-hours Implement marketing initiatives and promotional displays to boost sales. Skills Strong leadership skills with proven experience in supervising teams and managing store operations Excellent communication skills Proficiency in basic math, sales management, inventory control and labor control Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, training & development, interviewing techniques, and team management Familiarity with POS systems and emails Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Co-Manager where your leadership will inspire teams to succeed while creating memorable experiences.
