Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and organized Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our store. In this role, you will oversee daily activities, manage staff, handle inventory, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong management skills and a passion for retail. Duties Lead and supervise store staff to meet sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and purchasing to ensure product availability. Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, POS transactions, and bookkeeping. Train and develop team members in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills. Implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and ensure attractive product displays. Handle employee scheduling, payroll processing, and performance evaluations. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies while fostering a positive work environment. Skills Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, cash handling, and retail math. Ability to oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives. Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience with budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative duties.
