The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and inventory management, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving store objectives and fostering employee development. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Supervise, train, and develop staff through employee orientation and ongoing coaching. Implement shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels during peak hours. Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Oversee cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive profitability through effective selling techniques. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms for inventory procurement. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes to minimize shortages or excesses. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, engagement, and professional growth among employees. Skills Strong background in retail management with proven experience in a supervisory role. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers effectively. Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial reporting. Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors while maintaining positive relationships. Experience in team management, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear interactions with staff and customers. Ability to recruit, hire, and retain top talent for the store.
