Duties Supervise daily dispensary operations, ensuring smooth shift transitions and adherence to company policies Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, purchasing, and inventory control to optimize product availability Manage cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and store bookkeeping to ensure accuracy and accountability Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations related to cannabis sales, security protocols, and recordkeeping Conduct employee interviews, onboarding sessions, and ongoing training to build a knowledgeable and compliant team Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette to enhance customer satisfaction Skills Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within a retail or hospitality environment Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management, training & development, and conflict resolution Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control, bookkeeping, and scheduling Proficiency in POS systems, retail math, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage purchasing processes effectively Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Exceptional communication skills for staff supervision, customer interactions, and administrative tasks Knowledge of cannabis industry regulations, security procedures, and store operations is preferred but not mandatory Join us as a Cannabis Dispensary Shift Supervisor where your leadership fuels growth!
