The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in commercial settings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintain accurate written records, work schedule, timesheets, inspections, and employee training. Maintain inventory control of chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Oversees, monitors and ensures all accounts have the necessary equipment, logbooks, and supplies. Order supplies as needed for the Janitorial crew along with Office Manager. Reports broken equipment to the Main Office. Responds to calls and emergency situations immediately. Handles special work order requests from customers and schedules the utility crew accordingly. Trains new employees as needed. Responsible for maintaining building keys. Oversees building / account inspections. Working knowledge of floor machines. But we can train Other duties as assigned. Some of the minimum qualification requirements Fluent in English. Spanish is plus A valid (Clean) US driver's license.
