This role oversees day-to-day business operations, ensures productivity goals are met, and leads the execution of company programs, initiatives, and standards. The successful candidate will recruit, hire, develop, and inspire team members while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. This individual will also be expected to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.

Requirements:

Current, valid driver's license issued in the state of residence. •Two years of related experience (2) years of supervisory experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong people management and leadership skills Ability to meet Sales, Profit, and Productivity goals. Customer Service Skills Ability to work; days, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed. Pay Rate & Benefits $82,000 to $95,000 per year based on experience
